This sculpture is created using a unique process that begins in the computer with a parametric algorithm that defines the shape of each of the sculpture’s pieces using the principles of flow and attraction. With the digital model finalized, each of the 104 pieces are 3D printed using a high quality eco-friendly plastic filament. Finally, all the pieces are individually hand finished and painted with a durable enamel before being assembled into an interlocking hexagonal grid that is sturdy and ready to be hung on the wall.
